The location was awesome, directly across from the bay. the staff here was amicable and excellent. - Our double room had clean towels, a nice sea view, and a beautiful bathroom, all newly renovated.

The staff here are very friendly and helpful, the rooms have stunning bay views and come with useful amenities like a fridge, air conditioning, and a work desk.

Friendly welcome. Easy to find with parking. Good sized family room even with extra bed in place. Air conditioning was a bonus. Ideal for our one night stop over.

Small kitchen in room could have had some basic utensils to be able use it. Busy road right in front although it did quieten down during the night.

the triple room was cosy, included a shower, a hairdryer, and a bidet. we walked everywhere, the location was practical and marvellous, directly across from the bay. it was also very close to the restaurant, airport and coast line and all the boats.

The spacious, newly remodeled hotel room had a beautiful bathroom, delicious breakfast, and was conveniently located near the sea.

The staff was very friendly and you are welcomed as if you're part of the family. It is very clean and comfortable and strategically well located to visit several NP'S.

It has view on the beach but the main road connecting Zadar with Biograd is paasing right in front and takes the silence of nature away...

Great staff, great room, parking and internet for free, near to the beach all and all a great experience.

The breakfast here was fantastic, they offer a wide variety of food in the restaurant. the location is prime, super close to the airport and the coast, plus it's near the city center. the restaurant is pretty modern and cool. 🌟

The room was very comfortable and clean, and the views beautiful. Breakfast was very nice. Well worth the money we paid.

Was a nice spot located close to the Zadar Airport, perfect for travelers flying out the next day. The staff were very friendly and helpful! Breakfast was nice!

The beach nearby was muddy, didn't really like swimming in it.

It looked freshly redecorated and was very clean. the balcony overlooking the harbor in Sukosan was a lovely addition. the staff were incredibly helpful, polite, and friendly. the buffet breakfast served at the hotel was nice and there was also the option to have dinner in the restaurant, which I found to be very good. the restaurant mainly served local dishes, which is always a good sign for me. Parking on-site was available, although the car park was not very big so there may be a need to park on the street outside. I highly recommend taking a 10-15 minute walk to the old village center and seafront in Sukosan, as it is a beautiful area with cafes and restaurants.

Hotel was in convenient position with clean comfortable rooms. Hotel owner was very helpful and provided good breakfast,and transport to and from airport. We all had a very enjoyable stay.

Tea and coffee making facilities in rooms would be nice, although when requested the owner did provide plates and cups and saucepan for boiling water so it was not a problem.
